The key components of the Strip Packing Machine include the Feeding System, Sealing System, Batch Coding Unit, and Cutting System. During operation, tablets or capsules are loaded into the hopper and subsequently fed into a vibrating bowl. Individual tablets then pass vertically through a provided chute and become enclosed between cavities created by two layers of film. The sealing roller, equipped with heaters, heat-seals these two films together. The strip is horizontally cut using a knife, while the vertical cutting is performed by a vertical cutter.
