So how does it work? The round bottles are placed on a moving conveyor and positioned accurately by a feed-worm at the labeling point. The rotating glue cylinder receives cold glue from a glue pot and transfers an even and thin film of glue to the gluing pad. The pick-up cylinder then uses a vacuum to pick up a label from the oscillating label box. The label is wrapped around the round container at the labeling point and then passed through a rubber pressing belt for a neat and perfect fix. This efficient labeling solution can streamline your production process and increase productivity.
