The machine is suitable for packaging lines where empty bottles must be continuously supplied to filling machines, capping machines, induction sealing machines, labeling machines or other downstream equipment. It helps reduce manual bottle placement and improves the consistency of bottle flow in the production line.
The machine is built with a bottle loading hopper, bottle elevator, centrifugal sorting system, bottle orientation arrangement and discharge belt assembly. Based on the customer’s requirement, bottle size, line speed and plant layout, the machine can be offered in suitable configuration.
With AISI 304 stainless steel body construction, PLC-HMI based control system and toughened glass safety cabinet with door interlock, the Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine is suitable for industrial packaging applications requiring safe, organized and reliable empty bottle handling.

Note: Output speed depends on bottle size, bottle shape, bottle stability, line layout and downstream machine speed. Final suitability will be confirmed after reviewing actual bottle samples.
Empty bottles are loaded into the bulk hopper. From the hopper, the bottle elevator transfers the bottles to the sorting section in a controlled manner.
The centrifugal sorting system arranges the bottles and directs them toward the orientation section. Bottles that are not positioned correctly are returned for reorientation, while correctly positioned bottles move forward for further alignment.
In the orientation section, gripping belts and a hook mechanism guide the bottles into the required position. The bottle pivot block / straightening guide then brings the bottles into an upright vertical position.
Once the bottles are properly oriented, the discharge belt assembly transfers them smoothly to the next packaging machine.
